Hello all. I am 13 mos old now and busy as can be. I have 4 teeth. My two bottom middle ones and my top right middle and the one to the right of that. I’m not walking just yet but I’m closer. My boyfriend, Kristoffer, is taking steps now and since I taught him to crawl, he will teach me to walk. Its a work in progress, but I know Mommy wants me to wait as long as possible.

I got my ears pierced on 7/1/01. I only cried for a minute. Daddy had ice cream waiting for me, and that cheered me right up!

We went up to Seattle this last weekend to visit Grandma Lisa and go to the All Star workout day/homerun derby and the Celebrity/Futures game. It was alot of fun but REALLY hot. I love attention and get so much of it everywhere we go. Grandma got an icky dog. I do not dogs, especially the kind that come up and lick my cheeks or bite them like they are chew toys.

We got a new truck, an Explorer, and I love it! Lots more room than the car had but I’m closer to mom and dad than if we were in the van.

My newest thing is hitting. I love to slap people’s faces. Mommy says “no” and sometimes I’ll laugh or sometimes I will start hitting my own face instead. I don’t know why I get such a kick out of it, maybe its the expressions mom and dad make, but boy am I starting to get in trouble for it. I know how to melt mommy and daddy though. They tell me NO and I start crying like they broke my heart. Then they give me hugs and all is better. I think there is a word for that - SPOILED!

I had my first poo-poo in the crib incident this past weekend on 7/7/01. Mommy laid me down for a nap without any clothes on, just my diaper. I took my daiper off when I woke up and went poopoo in my crib. I realized that that was probably a nono. It didn’t smell very good and it fell right on my blankie. I threw all of my stuffed animals, pink baby and binky on the floor. Then, I took all of the blankets that were in my bed and put them on the floor. Then I threw the poopoo out on the pile of blankets. That’s when Tanner peeked through the door and saw the mess. He got mommy right away, who muttered a few words and cleaned it up I am a big girl now, and won’t do that again! It was too stinky and it got all over my fingers, so it was not very pleasant, but I did get two baths that day so that was kinda nice, hehe.

I had my first trip to Chuck E Cheese on Friday, 7/6/01. We went there with Tanner, mommy, daddy, Rick, Michelle and their nephews. We had a great time. I played in the toddler section and went around on the ride on toys. I also watched the movies and saw Chuck E, but I did not think much of him. He was big and kinda scary looking. Not my thing, yet.
